About For Her Healing
Welcome to For Her Healing, a space created for women navigating the unique and overwhelming pain of betrayal trauma. If you’re here, you may be feeling lost, hurt, and unsure of how to move forward. Please know this: you are not alone. This space was born out of my own journey through heartbreak, and my hope is that it can be an oasis where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you heal.
I used to look at this picture
and long to return to the woman I was—a woman unaware of what was about to shatter her world. Five years later, I no longer wish to go back. That journey, though painful, brought me home to myself in ways I never expected.

My Journey.
My story is not unlike that of millions of other women who discover that their most important relationship on this planet isn't actually what they thought it was. It wasn’t just the rupture of my relationship that shook me—it was the ripple effect of betrayal on every part of my life. My physical health declined, my sense of self shattered, and I felt like I was drowning in a sea of grief with no clear way out. But as I began to seek support and learn to care for myself in new ways, I found strength I didn’t know I had. Healing became a journey of rediscovery—of reclaiming my worth, nurturing my body, and reconnecting with my faith.
This space exists because I know how isolating betrayal trauma can feel. I want you to know there is hope and a way forward, even if the path feels unclear right now.
My Approach
I’m a board-certified health and wellness coach (functional medicine) and an IFS-informed coach with a deep understanding of how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit. Betrayal trauma doesn’t just break your heart—it disrupts your entire system. Stress and grief can manifest in digestive issues, sleep problems, and a constant state of overwhelm. My coaching approach integrates holistic practices, nervous system support, and actionable tools to help you find balance and healing.
Here’s what I believe: healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Each woman’s journey is unique, and each step—no matter how small—is a victory. Whether we’re working through somatic exercises, exploring guided visualizations, or creating gentle self-care routines, the goal is to support you in ways that feel manageable and empowering.
“They will hold us up, and they will teach us to fly. There is healing and joy in the family of women.”
